MANAGER CALLED SOMEONE STUPID!

The manager (Heavy set white lady,) who might have slight downsyndrome- who took my order was so rude on the drive thru to a lady..I heard her actually call the lady "SO STUPID" while taking the order, and this manager was so rude to me when taking my inside order.. I know she was stressed out, but she made it clear she Dislikes her job so much. She made me so uncomfortable ordering, I actually almost drove to the other BK 5 miles away. I know this is a Francshise location, and the other is a Corp, but that shouldnt make a difference.. theis BK was out of pump Ketchup ( i told her and she didnt care) but the tables were all clean, the new whopper was so soggy, and not toasted like the Corp store does now.. and the chicken wrap was pink inside and not cooked.. I was going to tell the manager, but I feared she would rip my head off for telling her my food was gross.. My Brownie sunday was flavorless, and Im not sure how she managed to mess up ice cream, but she figured it out. ( she also never apologized for the 10 min wait in taking my order). Please do something about this BK ASAP! thanks! I hope you read this survey, and respond to me.

It's wrong for the manager to call someone "stupid" but it's perfectly
OK to describe them as being mentally disabled ....?
