I took my family to Carlos o Kelly's for dinner last saturday night. We usually go to your restaurant twice a month without incident but this time the service was horrible. The service was slow and when the food arrived it wasn't hot, my tacos were cold and my children's meals were as well. Not once did the waitress ask if we needed a drink refill. When we were done our waitress was no where to be found to get our check. This visit has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will visit again.
I would like you to talk to your mgmt and staff, I know it was a busy night but I don't think that is an adequate excuse for poor service and staffing. I feel I wasted $50.
