Phone, internet and moile servce

My Overall Experiance with cbeyond has been very frustrating, disappointed, and costly.
My Customer service rep Eliabeth Chas has not been there for me since the start of my contract. I never recieve a welcome visit from her or anyone from cbeyond. I have has quite of few outages were I could not use my internet of phone service at my place of business. My second bill wes over $1000 which it should have been about $600. My cell phones are not working properly, getting dropped calls on every phone call. I recenly just cancel my mobile service with cbeyond and went back to my previous carrior. I was just so imbarrasing taking to customer and having to keep calling them back because of the drop calls. I also never receive my $300 for my referal
At this point I am condiring and ready to switch my phone and internet service back as well.
I will never refer this company to any of my collegues, which I have a lot due to the business I am in which is an insurance agent.
I will like to hear from cbeyond management with sometype of resolution and credit towards my account. I am operating on very unreliable services. I would also like to receive my $300 for my referal. I would like to be offered to void my contract with cbeyond with no penalty and go back to comcast. I had no problems with oomcast what so ever.
