I originally got Internet service for $49.99 per month. One day a sales person called me and promised me that if I upgraded to cable television that I could cancel at any time, "risk free", and go back to my original $49.99 per month bill.

I am very sad that you have dicontinued BYU TV. Please note that I, as a faithful Mormon, have become disabled and not feeling well enough to go to church would watch our church conferences from home. Now I cannot get it any more or any other BYU TV programming. Please reconsider carring this channel.

It saddens me that another conference will be missed this comming week end.

Charter holds a contract that grants them the exclusive rights to provide service to my town barring any and all other Internet service providers from coming in to offer us a choice. They refuse to provide 10+ families with any kind of service due to the fact that there's only 10+ families. Claiming they can't afford to build their network in our area. Once again I am without one of the services I pay for. This time its the TV. Really wish you would get it together to stop all the outages in my area. Cant get a tech out here until tomorrow. Wish I had other choices in my area for cable because I would not hesitate to drop Charter. Worst service EVER!!!! Your phone tech support is not the greatest either. Not very knowledgeable.
