Charter holds a contract that grants them the exclusive rights to provide service to my town barring any and all other Internet service providers from coming in to offer us a choice. Once again I am without one of the services I pay for. This time its the TV. Really wish you would get it together to stop all the outages in my area. Cant get a tech out here until tomorrow. Wish I had other choices in my area for cable because I would not hesitate to drop Charter. Worst service EVER!!!! Your phone tech support is not the greatest either. Not very knowledgeable.

Trying to find HD channels is driving me nuts! I have suggested this to no avail. I cannot imagine you do not have this available. What? A channel listing by network, or other sorts that we can select.
No icons. No wide rows. No unnecessary stuff.
JUST GIVE US A SPREADSHEET WITH A LISTING OF CHANNELS SORTED BY NETWORK as our HD channels make no sense relative standard def channel...

I was scheduled today for installation between 10:00 and 12:00, the installer showed up at 9:00 and luckily I was close by. When I arrived he told me he called his dispatcher and said he could not do the job and they were sending someone else and also had the order incomplete. I have contacted Charter three times to request High Speed Internet Service only to be told it is not offered at my address. Charter offer service in the majority of my neighboorhood but portions of my street and another do not. I went to the local Charter office in Duluth on Jan 10th and asked why, the lady at the front desk said they would come out and do a Survey , consult with the St. Louis...
