Disappointed and angry regarding how I was treated by the reps at your company who lied to me numerous times and refuse to honor what I was promised.
I was a content At&t DSL customer and was lured away with promises and lies from your reps who told me whatever I wanted to hear to gain a new customer.

I see that Charter can provide service in Cobb County, Georgia.
Since at&t U-Verse refuses to give us service leaving only COMCAST, would you consider providing service to our area so we can remove COMCAST as our provider?

I keep having a lag in my D.V.R. however my other boxes work fine. Now on my next to last call a tech was suppose to come and see problem. He never made it because charter represenative addmitted to writing the number wrong.I called later that day so they set me uo another appointment the next day same time 1-3pm. Dear Charter,
I have simply attempted to add a HD/DVR box to my services for the last three months. Every single time I call in to ask for this change to my service I get a 45 minute spiel about a bundle and phone and etc. All I want is a replacement box for my HD TV from digital to HD/DVR. I found a over $900 collection on my credit report from Charter a year after I moved from where I had service with them. In August I started prequalifing for a home loan and found this.
