I received an offer in the mail that said "We want to reward your customer loyalty by offering you 6 months of Showtime, free of charge" I call the company to take advantage of this offer, I am told since I already have Showtime I cannot get this for free, but they will give me STARZ and Encore for free for 6 months.

Sales misrepresentation. In July of '09 I was quoted a price of $104.95 + tax monthly for my telephone service (unlimited long distance), my digital cable, including my DVR, and 5mg internet service. I signed up online to get Charter Internet installed. I also looked up a modem to purchase online. I chatted with a rep from Charter to make sure I could use this modem before I purchased it. This not only applies to Charter Communictions, but SEVERAL companies throughout the United States. They have taken away HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of jobs from the citizens of the US, and outsourced them to India, Egypt, and Heaven only knows where, just to save a few bucks.
