I called on Dec 28th and reconnected my interrupted service due to my own non payment. I was laid off of work but am now working. I paid our bill and the person told me someone would come out Dec 29th between 1-3. I recieved two separate voicemails confirming the time. No one came. I have sent a letter with my previous problems
Please look up my last letter and have the lady who tried to call please call me back. I was unable to take calls becuse i was in and out of hospital with health problems. and my servive has not got better

I have had nothing but problems with the way my dvr is working in my living room. It is NOT just this dvr because they have been switched out multiple times. This is what I have been expieriencing with my cable service. At first there was a lot of lagging and then switching from upper channels to lower ones there was no sound to fix that we had to go back and forth again then the sound would work...

On October 4, I logged in to Charter to pay my bill. I got a confirmation e-mail from Charter confirming my payment. When I got my next bill from Charter, the bill was more than twice normal. I opened it and discovered that my payment had been returned and was being charged a Returned EFT fee plus a late internet payment fee. I didn't get any notice from Charter until a week later via USPS...
