I signed up for the 3 for 99 dollar deal at the beginning of the year. 2months ago I called because my account had gone up over 99 dollars. The fellow I spoke with reduced it for the subsequent months, down to 92 dollars, and that is what I paid last month. This month it has jumped back up to 118 dollars, and I have not changed anything on my lineup. It seems like every month I am calling about a problem with my bill.
Yesterday I spent 2 solid hours trying to get someone on the telephone who could help me with this. I have been put on hold and disconnected, put on hold and nobody picks up, referred to another department and disconnected, and after 2 hours of it I said "enough". I even wrote an email and was told they could not handle this by email, yet the phone number they gave me to call for help could not help me either. I just wanted to let you know why I am terminating my service with your company. Your support stinks, you play "bait and switch". and thankfully there are now choices. I will use another provider for my internet, my tv, and my telephone service. You just lost a great and long time customer.
