I have had you services for approx. 1 year and my service is horrible, when it works, and my bill is inaccurate every month. This causes me to contact your representitives and complain about my bill. IF I actually receive credits that I am told I will receive, they are never for the amount taken off of my bill, or at this point the claim they gave me a credit last month. They should have, it was screwed up last month too. I also have a hugh concern that when I call I am sent to other countries for help and half the time I cannot understand them or they don't speak proper english. These calss range anywhere from 45 min. to an hour and a half. This gets tiring when it is 1 to 2 time a month, and god forbid you get disconnected. I shouldn't have to watch my account so closley. I should be able to receive a bill, know you're an honest company, pay my bill, and move on with my day.

Stop hireing foreign representitves, start providing more jobs in the united states, or at least give me the proper credits to my bill since you are saving so much money paying bottom dollar to hire cheap employees in the phillipines.

You've got to be kidding me. You're complaining about people who
don't speak proper English. I suggest to take a long hard look at
this letter since it's obvious your skills are lacking also.
