Looking for advice

I was called by a collections company regarding an un-paid balance with your company.

When I had questions about why I still owed charter money they had me call the 1-800 number for charter.

Once I was on the phone with charter, the person on the other end did not understand my concerns and was unable to help me. I would like to know what my next step should be.

Go to

www.creditboards.com/forums and read the Credit Form area. They have
great advice and ideas.

Luke,
Just be assured that you are speaking with the people that you think
you need to be speaking with before and if you let go with any
information that you feel is personal.
Infact, I'd demand to know alot more about their mission before they
found out much about me.
Good luck and do stop and let us know how it goes.

call charter back up ask the person if there is a balance and what's
it for ? if you can check your account on-line do that so you can see
a detail copy of your last bill.If they say you owe them nothing then
try to get it in writeing that you have a $0 balance
