I have a Charter Communications account and have been having trouble watching ANYTHING on my video on demand. I've had a technician come out and confirmed the wires in the walls are bad. I live in an apartment and the residents above me have also confirmed they are having the same issues. First Charter Communications informed me that I would be charged a $50.00 fee to have a wall fish put in. The technician let me know that the signals from the outside did not match the inside.... The signal should not be less than -3 and my service is coming in at -13!!!!!! We have a bulk account manager of the apartments, I know his first name only, Tom. He explained to me that there was a LOGISTICS problem with this issue. The people above me are moving and I'm willing to be here to have this problem fixed at anytime. Park Place Apartments nor Charter has done anything to help me. I'm forced to pay a monthly bill through Park Place Apartments for Charter Communications, we do not have the option to choose another type of service. This issue has been going on for over 3 weeks and I have received ONE phone call from Tom to tell me they were working on this but nothing has been done. I have only lived in this apartment since December of 2011 and the wires being bad in their property is not my problem nor will I pay for the repairs. I'm never late paying my rent or my cable bill on time but I'm not getting any resolve with this issue. At this point I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with both companies. I need this resolved ASAP as both companies want their money for the bill on time. I hope that this letter explains the extremely poor service I have received with both companies.

i'd tell you to cancel the contract but you stated in the other letter
that your landlord/lady mandates that you have this contract.

personally i'm questioning the legality of the contract itself. you
might want to bring the issue up with your local utilities commission
