PlanetFeedback Assessment
Here is a review of this company provided by PlanetFeedback.
JPMorgan Chase was born with a silver spoon in its mouth but hasn't let that stop it. The #3 financial services firm in the US (behind Citigroup and Bank of America) expanded nationwide with the acquisition of BANK ONE and now has some 3,000 branches and growing. The bank is keen on its retail operations and is also among the nation's top mortgage lenders, automobile loan writers, and credit card issuers. Formed in 2001 by the blockbuster merger of retail banking behemoth Chase Manhattan and venerable investment bank J.P. Morgan, JPMorgan Chase boasts formidable investment banking and asset management operations as well. Wunderkind BANK ONE chief Jamie Dimon took the reins of JPMorgan Chase at the end of 2005.

This is my fifth time explaining my situation to some part of Chase. I opened a checking account because I received a promotion. The promotion stipulations are, if I opened with $15,000 of new money and maintained it for 90 days I would get $200. So I went ahead and opened a savings (With Jeremy Sebastian from the Encinitas, CA branch), transferred $13990 over and the remainder $1100 would come...

I have been a long standing Chase Credit Card customer with excellent credit. I received my Southwest Visa statement and noticed that the annual fee was increased without any notice. I called customer service and listened to the recording that stated how much Iwas valued and that Chase prides themselves on excellent customer service. The representative, Heather, answered and told me that a...

My husband and I each have a credit card on a shared account. Every year, like clockwork, when my husband attempts to order Christmas gifts for me and has them shipped to his office address, your very helpful fraud alert folks block our account and send me a fraud alert indicating the type of store and amount of his attempted charge, spoiling his surprise. We've realized this likely happens...

My ex husband and I filed for divorce, 2 years ago. All of a sudden in our divorce documents he was claiming I owed 1/2 of his Chase card account...which used to be a Webster Visa. He said he would drag out court if I didn't agree (he was abusive). Needless to say, I have called Chase customer service many many times to get information on the balance. My ex forged information, as anything I...
