Chase CIrcuit City Credit Card Fraudulent Charges Added On By CHASE!

On my Chase Circuit City card I made a substantial purchase at a promo rate. I have paid 70% - double of the minimum payment due, ON TIME, for EVERY statement I have received.

On my last statement, with approx. $100 left to pay, a "late" fee of $35 had been assessed. I have NEVER MADE A LATE PAYMENT on this account! Tonight I called to correct this error at your CS center & was told that I "missed" a payment & not only was the $35 to be charged but the accrued interest of $58.68 also.... a total of $93.68 in FRAUDULENT fees assessed by YOUR COMPANY that you expect me to pay when I have DONE NOTHING WRONG. I firmly feel that since the purchase was on a promotional plan, your company has applied these fraudulent fees as a way of scraping every last penny you can out of consumers before you go belly-up! If a payment was, as alleged, "missed", it's because you never sent it.

I am owed a refund of these illegally & fraudulently assessed fees immediately.

Ah If you play the credit card "promo rate" with the credit card you
will eventually get bit.

Good Day
