Chase is Fraudulent Also....

Write a Letter to this Company

Hello,

My name is David Tucker. I am very upset and furious with your Bank. Back in March, I hired a company to move me from NJ to Charlotte NC.
They defaulted. I was told I had to initially pay $700.00 as a deposit....and then they would deliver my things here and upon delivery, I would pay the remaining balance of $700.00 Well, they never did deliver my belongings, and we have been going back and forth for months. This brings Chase into the Mix. I contacted your Claims dept. which is in another Country. To dispute the $700.00.
They reversed the claim amount saying documentation has been received showing I signed and agreed that everything was delivered. I wholeheartedly disagree that, it is NOT MY SIGNATURE!
I have been in contact with the company since the reversal, and they have said too bad, and told me that I am not getting my money or my delivery. They signed my name on a document and submitted it was valid.

Chase will reverse their reversal because I am without my clothes and all my belongings due to this fraudulent operation out of Brooklyn NY.
I have been in contact with your Claims department in the Philippines and they will not assist. All they keep saying is they have received documentation with my signature. If I signed a signature card when I opened my account, what good is it when you don't even use it to verify signatures of disputes? I have told them it is not my signature....But to no avail. I want justice!
My chase card is
I can be reached at 704-362-3663 or 646-246-2511
