About two weeks ago around 5 o'clock my wife and I ate at the new Cheddar's in Memphis, Tn. I had the buffalo chicken strips and my wife had pasta. Well, here lies my problem after eating it I
was in terrible pain, vomiting, and had a sour stomach for the next twp days. Friends and family told me about the food saying it was very good and they were pleased. Now, I have a very different story to tell people.

I would like my money back because I am afraid to return or recommend anyone else to go.

I am not completely sure what the complaint it - you don't state that
you went to a dr and was diagnosed with food poisoning. So you
basically want your money back because you had a sour stomach after
eating there? But you had no proof or idea that the food there caused
the upset stomach.

this. without proof from a dr they can't tell if it's food poisoning or just buyer's regret by PepperElf Sun August 12, 2012 @ 2:05 PM

If you were that bad off other people in the restaurant who ate the
same meal (or potentially a meal with chicken in it) would have had
ther same issues.

You should have notified the restaurant, and the local hospital. When
I last had food poisoning it was so bad we went to the ER and they
took all the information about when it started, where we ate, what we
ate etc to turn it over to the right authorities. The nurse told me
they do this because more than 2 people report it and its considered
an outbreak and they investigate.

Sorry... But I really doubt that you will get a refund on your meal...
especially since the last time you ate at that restaurant was almost 2
weeks ago.

I was in terrible pain, vomiting, and had a sour stomach for the next
two days...

Did you contact restaurant management as soon as this started
happening? This happened almost 2 weeks ago.
