We were 60 miles from home. Car wouldn't crank. Mechinac said, :Seems to be water in the gas, or clogged fuel injectors. Called a tow truck from our home town. 145.00 tow charge. I put in two Chevron fuel injector cleaners. It still wouldn't crank. Had it towed to shop. 60.00. They said, :Whats the problem, it cranked perfectly. Diastolics says; no problem...75.00 OK...weeks passed, then same thing, Tow to another shop, 40.00. Ingition changed. same thing. new battery, same thing. Thanks to google, ...Turned out I tried the 10 min wait with swith turned on. Then turn it off and immediately turn it on to crank...HURRAY, it would. I spent a matter of 200 hrs. in the course of the next year waiting for the 10 min. laspe for the car to start.
Fix the thing so the security computer chip can't block the car from starting..!!! Geez. For me personally, About $800.00 should make me a happy camper. Oh, and give me those 200 hours of my life back that I spent stressed about about being late for work! Thank God it never happened while driving.
