Awesome service at Chick-Fil-a!

Dear Chick-Fil-a

I am a frequent customer of your store in Uwclan, PA, and I would like to let you know that this location is always consistent with food quality and customer service. Every employee is exceptionally courteous, and the food is always perfect! I'm sure this is a result of excellent management and fair treatment of all the employees.

The last time I visited that location, I ordered a Chick-fil-a sandwich and some other items. When I parked to eat, I noticed the sandwich missing. No big deal, these things happen during dinner time. I walked inside to get my sandwich. The store manager came to me, apologized, and even gave me a coupon for another sandwich! This just reminded me of why I drive out 20 minutes to come here.

So I guess the point of my letter is... Thanks!
