I have a compliment to come out of a complaint for our local Chili's restaurant.
My wife and I recently went in to grab a quick lunch and get back to work. Started out fine we placed our order and my wife got what she always gets the buffalo chicken sandwhich with no sauce.

On Monday evening, October 12th, my daughter and I went to your location at the Cross Keys Center in Florissant, Mo.

I am very unhappy! I went to eat last night and never have been so rushed in my life! We were in and out in less than an hour and that includes drinks appetizer and dessert! the server only cared about getting rid of us..example I had a salad..3 bites into the salad my 6 year old needed a potty break so we went to the bathroom...when I got back he asked me how many boxes to take home our food...

I actually sent in the complaint about a month and a half ago. The Mt Laurel, New Jersey restaurant I had HUGE issues of cleanliness and after my complaint through Chili's online,I got a response of next time tell a manager....really? And you think I wish to return after it seeming the repeated dirty things I had seen meant nothing?
