Reservations booked on line, that were not honored at the Oakbrook Terrace, IL, US.

We booked a Hawaiian theme room paying $169.99 for a night, When we arrived at the Oakbrook Terrace Comfort Suites, we found out they have given our room to another guest. We were told that since it was past cancelation time that we would not get our money back, They tried to give us another theme room at $139.99, trying to make it sound like a good deal but we had looked at that room also on line and it was listed at $139.99 so what was the great deal, After we said this is not acceptable then they tried to tell us well we can let you have it for $119.00 for the Roman theme room. But this wasn't what we wanted. and now if you go back there and call the general manger they will give us a great deal, but the pictures are still not correct on line so how many other people have fallen for the bait and switch scam they are pulling.
What I would like for Choice Hotels Inernational to do is fix the website pictures so they are not misleading, and provide us a certificate to stay at one of the other properties, because we will never go back to Oakbrook Terrace 17W445 Roosevelt Rd., Oakbrook Terrace, IL, US, 60181

Just because of the way we were treateded by the general manager. Who thinks a good deal is going to get us to come back. So what I am asking is 1. Fix the pictures, so they are not misleading for guest who book on line. 2. Provide us a certificate to stay at a different property.
