Excellent employee!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a great employee you have at your La Mesa, CA location. I visited today with my 2 children and witnessed an employee who was literally running from task to task, with a huge smile on her face the whole time.
Jessica greeted us at the door and checked us in, and involved my 4 year olds in her welcome to us. During our 3 hour visit I observed Jessica interact with customers through out the building, check people in, check them out, stock the salad bar, man the food counter, assist at the ticket redemption area, attempt to fix a malfunctioning machine, sell ice cream because that machine was also not working, sweep up messes on the floor, ask how people were doing at their tables, and assist her coworkers. I wasn't even near the entrance or counters so I can only imagine how much I missed!
As we were watching our children play, my friend and I were both noticing and commenting about what a terrific employee Jessica seemed to be.
My children had visited last week, with their grandparents, and had such a negative experience I was a bit apprehensive about returning. I was pleasantly surprised today, and although I did thank Jessica on my way out and spoke with her supervisor regarding my impressions of her, I really wanted to take it one step beyond that by writing this letter. Both she and her supervisor told me that she was recently promoted (I actually believe she said this was her first day opening the location on her own) and it would certainly seem that promoting her was an excellent decision.
I heard Jessica tell several people to "Have a magical day" and, thanks to her, my family did
