I had reciently had my debit card stolen. I went to the bank, with two pieces of ID. Unfortunately they could not accept one of them. I thought I had would have to go back home and get the proper ID, One of your tellers Raji started asking me questions about my account, and personal questions which only I would know such as DOB, phone number, ect. Thanks to her I was saved from making another trip. Sure making another trip would not have been a big deal, but I am still grateful that she made an effort to help me get the card today instead of asking me to bring proper ID.
The Branch I am referring to is located in Bridlewood.
