I have a $50 monthly unlimited plan. I have had the service for about 6 months with minimal problems. I placed a call to AT&T GoPhone to find out how many minutes I used the previous month as, I was going to switch to a monthly plan (contract). I have had AT&T since January. I seems to never get calls that I need. They always seem to go directly to voicemail. Phone never once seems to ring for these calls. Even when AT&T had called me. It never once rang, just got a new voicemail. I am in spots where my coverage is at least 4 bars if not all 5. At this point I am paying 85.00 a month. I think for that price I should be able to...

I had a phone number constantly harassing me with phone calls every minute. They would call me and leave me voice mails with awkward sounds and noises and then text me the next minute without stopping. This lasted for a few days. I've had enough of this company. I am actually happy with my cell phone, but the customer service and at&t home internet is the worst I have ever encountered.
I had my cell with cingular and then carried it over to at&t. My girlfriend and I merged our accounts a couple months ago. We also got a Microcell tower, which, for those who don't know, is an at&t exclusive product that came out over...
