My partner is in the military, staioned in Afghanistan. He called my phone from which I thought was a military issued phone, it was not. I was able to call him back and continued to do so and I recieved my first bill for $150 dollars. In November 2008 I called ATT to add a 5th line to my account that I have had for around 5 years I was told they could not do that because of an unpaid bill that they said was three years old and had been turned over to a collection agency. I am back, I had an issue with ATT about my phone replacement and billing. Which they both got solved very quickly. They reassured me that it will never happen again and apologized for it taking this long to fix such as small issue. NOW I AM VERY ANNOYED AND PISSED OFF. I lost my phone while on vacation and when I came back ordered my new phone, paid the replacement fee. ATT entered my email information wrong so I never received the tracking number that day. Every month since July 2009 I have had extra charges on my bill. Each time I have to take time out of my day to call ATT and ask them to remove the charges.
