Rotten customer support, even for a wireless provider

I have never dealt with a company as stupid as ATT wireless. I am shocked to admit I am and ATT customer. We have 10 lines on Business Account (removed). We have tried for a year to get online account access. When we type in the account number or master phone number it says we need the 3 digit account code that was picked when the account was created (8 years ago).

We cannot get user names mapped to the phone numbers on the bill. We cannot add or remove authorized account contacts so I have to always call in.

I personally sat at the local store for 2 hours and they were passed from outsourced rep to outsourced rep.

Someone that has a clue and the ability to help me needs to reach out to me and get my online account set up and get PDF emailed invoices to me.
