Refused to honor their sales circular

I have returned from the Jacksonville NC store. The sales circular at the entrance clearly states that this Circuit City will have Skate (XBOX 360) and NHL 08 (PS3) in stock by 2pm or the customer will receive a 20.00$ store gift card for each game that's not in stock. At 2:15pm I went to the customer service desk and asked for both and was told to wait while they got my gift cards. Then after waiting for 30 minuted the manager returned to inform me that I would be receiving instead 20$ off each game when the had it stock. Even when confronted with her own ad, she refused to honor the published deal.

Bottom line I should have received (2) 20$ gift cards.
