Circuit City Made Black Friday Enjoyable!

Today, Black Friday of all days, I went to my local Circuit City in Exton, Pennsylvania. I did expect it to be rather busy (only the busiest day of the year!) but I was pleasantly surprised to see how efficiently the store was run to minimize crowds and long lines.
One thing I found to be very helpful was the fact that there was a line to get in, due to occupancy. While most people might find this annoying, I thought it was great because the line actually moved pretty fast, and I only waited for about 5 minutes. The wait was totally worth it because the store was not overcrowded and it made the entire experience enjoyable.
I also want to point out how helpful two of your employees were today, despite the busyness. Jared, who works in TVs was extremely helpful to my mom who doesnt know a thing about TVs and wanted a plasma. And Brian, working in Camera's was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
I think that the reason this day went so well is because the team worked together and it was obvious that they put some time into planning this day out.

Sounds like Circut City had a great game plan. Thanks for recognizing the store's efforts, and those of Jared and Brian.

This is so great that in spite of the busiest shopping day of the year, CC didn't lose their focus.
This is a terrific letter and a great example of one team's ability to remain professional even in the most stressful circumstances.
THANKS!

Excellent Complement letter! It's especially nice to name those who helped and to relay how well the line system kept things going smoothly. I know the anxiety level of people waiting is difficult for the employees to deal with and they really helped make this a consumer friendly event.

Melissa
Nice letter catching these folks in action.
On the chance that your letter might not trickle down from corporate to the local store I might suggest that you shoot a copy to the Store Manager so it can be shared with the "do gooders".
Again, Nice letter.

Wow, its good to hear you had a good experience at Circuit City. The one I went to this morning was awful- no organization of lines, employees who had no clue what was on sale or how to direct the line flow.We go there every year and this was by far the worst experience we have had there. At least someone had a good expreience with CC. I hope the employees you mention get kudos.

This is a fantastic complimentary letter! You described how efficient the line was moving proving how efficient it was run today.
I hope they give the credit to the two employees you mention too.
