I have a Citicard Master card and had it for years. Recently I found out I have the Credit Protector since 2005. Since 2005 they have been charging me 62.87 for it. I was told I gave them a verbal aggreement on the phone. I told them I am on a permanent disability with Social Security. I have been trying to obtain a Citibank card for over 2 years now. I handle my credit with the utmost care and NEVER EVER make late payments, ALWAYS pay more than the minimum, and make well over $120,000 a year.

I am asking the account I listed above be completely removed from my credit file. I was promised the account would be deleted from credit report completely as a condition of settlement but the company is not willing to comply.
