Banamex WORST service in the world!

My Banamex credit card was blocked while traveling. I tried to contact Banamex and they hanged up on the phone and wont returm my twetts and emails.

Its been 48 hours and nobody has contacted me yet.

Tell me if my account is still blocked and confirm you have my email and mobile so that next time you feel nervous about my spending you contact me before blocking the damn card!

I've read about this, it's for your own protection. before I traveled
out of the U.S., I called my credit union and told them which
countries I'd be in, so they approved my card for use in those
countries. When I returned, I called and the blocks were put back in
place.
