I disputed a charge because the merchant could not deliver the merchandise due to its unavailability and refused to refund the payment. The Citibank master card serviced by Sears is handling the dispute very poorly. The dispute department representatives have been quite unprofessional and incompetent.
I would like to share the details with someone at Citibank who could interfere and resolve the issue.
