CitiMortgage cruelty matched only by their sloth

Posted Tue November 8, 2011 5:20 pm, by Joseph W. H. written to Citigroup, Inc.

Write a Letter to this Company

dear Sir
I writing hopefully for the last time to your business as I am losing my house to one of your Citi mortgage arms. Thats not the point I'm writing about it is the lack of human kindness your mortgage arm has for the unfortunate among you. You see sir they have beaten me down to submission by a series of lies and broken promises, worn out a lawyer til he quit and after signing the forclosure documents that grant them imunity and give them my house they are now over a month getting back with me on the 3500 dollar moving fee they promised and finalizing this so I can move on. It's painful enough to loose your life long dream but to sit inside here and wait till God knows when is unbeleivably cruel and inhumane.

Is there any way you can make your subordinates expedite this deal so I can go back to the VA hospital for treatment?
Sincerely,
Joseph William Harrison
Disabled american Veteran

I know this will catch me alot of flak because of what I am about to
say but...

You are mad because its been a month and they havnt sent you money for
moving expenses? Well how long did they wait for your mortgage
payment that never came? How much of a loss are they taking on this
house? How much money did they "forgive" you when they granted you
immunity?

Veteran or not, disabled or not, bills need to be paid. Its only
been a month, I think they deserve more time to send you your check.

Now besides all that

I am sorry you lost your house and I thank you for your service to
this country, but dont condemn the bank when they probably gave you
months and months of free living, and you are impatient after 1 month.

This is so sad. I truly would have thought that the same banksters who
received the massive bailout on the backs of the poor and middle class
would have the decency to stand up and support our American Veterans,
especially those who are disabled. This is shameful indeed. :( My
heart and prayers go out to you - CarolAnnB
