Please Correct our Billing

When we first started our service with Comcast, we were told by the installer that there was no additional cost using their modem/router. Our first bill showed this was incorrect because we were billed a rental fee. We complained through planetfeedback.com and John H. from our local Comcast Company contacted us about this issue. We explained that we would buy our own modem/router and would like for Comcast to remove their equipment. Once our purchased modem/router was delivered, we removed the Comcast modem/router and connected ours. We contacted John H. and he had a Comcast technician come to our home and remove and take their modem/router and a TV box we were not using. We asked John H. for a credit to our account for the rental equipment rental fee since we were told there would be no charge. I understood that John H. would take care of it. Since then we are still being billed monthly for the rental of Comcast modem/router and being charged a late fee, as well.

Please, correct our billing to remove charges that should not apply, and also remove the related late fees.
