Comcast crushing our small business

Comcast Business Class internet is literally bringing our small business to its knees. Since March 22nd our business class line, which we rely on heavily to operate our company with, has been practically useless.
Over a month now we have dealt with seemingly endless excuses why they cannot figure out what the problem is. I have come to the conclusion their technicians must lack the skills to properly do their jobs. Why else would they be unable to correct a network issue in Houston, the 4th largest city in the country?????
How about getting some people here who can fix node U39117 before you put us out of business?
