I want to let you know what an excellent job you did Saturday Night March 3rd resolving my situation when I screwed up installing my new DVD/VCR.
I had reconnected everything wrong and pressed a button. The nice CSR helped me figure out what I did wrong and we got it up and running.
I also got excellent help from sales while I arranged to pick up a DUAL TUNER DVR.
Unfortunately I can't find the paper where I wrote down the names. Please contact me so I can give you more specific information and you can be sure to let the employees that handled my situation know they did a great job.
