Non-existant customer service/TOTALLY DISSAGTISFIED

Saturday I was supposed to have my install for cable TV and Internet through Comcast Cable in arlington, Virginia. The tech showed up and had a bad modem and didn't set up my TV. Basically, he said it was his last stop and needed to go home. He said I would be referred to maintenance and gave me a number to call the next day. Over the past four days, I have spent about 5 hours of my time and spoken to about 6 people with no result. Three of which are supervisors never call back when they say they will, one of which is Debra Brown and a tech guy by the name of Jay with a 703 area code (I can't keep up with all the names). I even had some tech call me and say we were scheduled for an appointment on another day, which was incorrect. No one over there knows what is going on, and it is now almost Wednesday and I have no Internet or cable. I am at a loss. I have supervisor's numbers including a cell number which was given to me, but they don't answer their phone or call back. The worse part is I have to then start all over each time and explain the same problem after listening to the automated system and press certain numbers to get to the right menu. What do I do? I have no service and cannot reach a human being there that is willing to help........I need Internet for my job. Guess I have to switch providers or get on someone's wireless network that is unsecure and hope it works? Verizon is offered here, and plan on switching IMMEDIATELY if I get no result and compensation for this mess. And, verizon is cheaper....look at their website. I reside at 2500 Clarendon Boulevard #XXX in Arlington. I can have Internet and TV for less. Help?!

They have been given plenty of opportunities to assist me. It's late Tuesday night. To make me happy, they should schedule one last "EXACT TIME" appointment at my convenience since I already had to "wait around their window of appointments" the first time. They should properly hook up my TV and Internet completely and make sure it works before they leave, and they should credit me a couple month's service for all of my wasted time on the phone with them, and for having no service. I had to commute into the office since I had no internet here as promised that I would have when I moved in last Saturday.
