I was having trouble with my computer; the keyboard didn't work. I tried to do a system restore; nothing happened. I even tried to plug the keyboard into a different port with no success. I used a spare keyboard and still nothing. I called Comcast and they sold me the Signature Solution for $79.95+ $19.95 for the service. I was transferred to a tech named Ernie; he worked with me; he tried various things and even shadowed my computer and worked on it. Ernie is from Missouri and he worked on it for about 2 1/2 hrs, but finally he had it running like new. This man is phenominal! He is one in a million. Had I called Dell, or taken it to get repaired they would have cleaned all the programs and re-installed them.
Let me tell you what it was, it was your Constant Guard that I downloaded, trusting Comcast. Once the program was removed the computer worked. Hooray Ernie! You are great.
