technical issue complaint

i upgraded to the digital preferred package to receive comcast sports northwest to watch portland trailblazer basketball. based on my zip code comcast online shows the game should be on but each of the last 4 times the game should be on, a re-run of some 1970's roller derby game is shown. i have lodged my complaint with comcast customer service several times with no know resolution to the issue as the service reps say they show the game should be on, they tell me they'll report the issue and then when i call back to check on the issue they don't see a note that i called the last 2 times to check on the issue. i've tried to email through the comcast website only to receive a generic email apologizing for any inconvenience and to contact a manager to try to resolve the issue- i left a voicemail for the manager and haven't heard back yet. i feel like i'm being lied to and they don't actually care if my problem is resolved. i'm frankly tired of dealing with comcast and wish i wasn't in a contract with them as i would switch back to satellite. comcast is an inferior product to satellite with terrible customer service.

i would like the problem resolved, my money back for the time i had the package, or give me nba league pass for the same price as it would cost for me to carry the digital preferred package for the length of the basketball season SO I CAN ACTUALLY WATCH THE TEAM I PAID TO SEE. i'm so frustrated, if my problem can't be resolved i would like to be able to terminate my service without paying an early termination fee.

I have this issue with Red Sox and Rays games down here in Florida.

As it was explained to me when the guide shows the game is on the
channel itself (which is a local Fl station) may not have paid for the
rights to broadcast the program. Sometimes its called a blackout
program. Where the game is only available in certain areas. This
happens alot with out of town games, when the Rays are in NY I cant
watch the shows unless I watch a channel broadcast from NY even though
my local channel shows the game is on.

This isnt a Comcast issue, it happened on DirectTV and now on Verizon
Fios.
