Thank you Crocs for standing behind your shoes!

I purchased the Mary Jane style of your shoes on August 9, 2007, because I had wanted a pair for over a year. The following week my husband and I went on a family vacation with my Dad and Stepmom, and the beach that we stayed at was very rocky. I didn't think about purchasing water shoes, so I decided to try to wear them in the water. Unfortunately the back strap of my shoe broke when my niece accidentally stepped on it in the water.
I was very disappointed as I had only had the shoe for a week and worn it twice.
My husband went on the Crocs website, and learned that they replace your back straps and rivets for free. You just have to wait about 3 weeks for the part. So he ordered me another rivet, and I should have it soon.
Thank you for being so helpful, and standing behind your product. They were my new favorite shoes, and I was very upset that they were going to have to get written off.
