When we switched health insurers last year we asked the personnel at CVS to delete our old insurance info when we gave them the new. They assured us that they had done so (we've had this problem with a former pharmacy didn't want to repeat the problem). We have had problems in the past when switching health insurers so when we switched last year we requested that CVS personnel delete the old insurance info before we left the counter. They told us that they had. The first few RX that we picked up we asked them to confirm that the new insurer had paid and they assured us that they had. Then nine months later we get the bill from the old insurance...
