The name Dell may be synonymous with "direct," but the computer giant has a more diverse approach to the market these days. The world's #1 direct-sale computer vendor provides a broad range of computer products for the consumer and enterprise markets. In addition to a full line of desktop and notebook PCs, Dell offers network servers, workstations, storage systems, printers, projectors, and Ethernet switches. The company also markets third-party software and peripherals. Dell's growing services unit provides systems integration, support, and training. The company announced plans to begin selling through retail stores in 2007. |

Dell bait and switch on MSN.com |

On 4/24/13 I was reading an article on MSN and near the bottom of the screen was an ad by Dell that for a "limited time" you could get a 15" laptop for $299 Intel Core. I clicked on the arrow link and went to Dell only to find that they had a Celeron for $349 with a $50.00 off coupon. I talked to a person in chat on Dells site and he didn't seem to know anything about the ad...

I bought a computer and printer from Dell in 2008. I am still paying on it. My total bill was less than $1900 and I am now down to around $470. It should not take 5 years to pay this off. I feel like I am being scammed. I need a new computer but can't get one since I am still paying on this one and it isn't worth it anymore. I've already had to replace the hard drive in it last year. I pay more...

Dear Dell,
I have been a loyal customer through a Dell Corporate EEP program for the last several years. I have seen your products degrade over the last few years. I tossed a Dell V515W wireless printer (it was really a Lexmark)in the trash after a couple of years of problems in favor of a Canon $29.00 Printer. I am also replacing my laptops with HP instead of Dell's. Your laptops are junk...

I am really upset with Dell. I have spent an entire working day on the phone trying to place an order that I placed online. I was trying to take advantage of a coupon deal for an XPS 13 Ultrabook that they had at the outlet. They had several prices, one for refurbished, another for scratch and dent, and another for new. I opted for the new one which was of course the highest price at $919. After...
