I am done with dell I will never buy another dell. If I can not hear an english voice that I understand at the other end of the phone when I am in dire need of assistance than I do not want to continue services that do nothing but frustrate me into writing in a complaint.
Dump there cheap forien phone lines and use an american company. I pay top dollar for my computers, and service agreement....

I have tried to write this letter several times. I will suffice it to say that I am furious about the customer services I received when trying to make a purchase from Dell. I am perplexed as to why I spent over 3 hours on the phone to resolve an issue only to be told that the person I need to speak with is away, guaranteed my call would be returned with in 30 minutes (it never was), how much the...

I ordered a Dell Inspiron 15R on Dec 9th. It arrived around Dec 16th. It worked for 3 weeks and then the motherboard went. I contacted Dell support and was informed it would take 5-7 days plus another few days for a tech visit. Now I'm told it will be 2 weeks as the part is backordered. I called Dell support and told them I cannot wait 2 plus weeks. I asked for a replacement to be overnighted to...
