On Sunday, August 3, I ordered a set of backup software disks from your webpage. I had to have a hard drive replaced on my computer about a year or so ago, and didn't get one of the reinstall disks back from the shop. I was researching some other info for my E1505, and ran across an order form to get a replacement set of backup disks. I completed the form, not expecting them for 6-8 weeks.

When I got home tonight, I found a package from DHL on my door, with the backup disks for my laptop. I've got several other orders coming in this week, and honestly I had forgotten about placing this order. It took me a minute after seeing the Dell logo on the shipping information to realize what it was.

Thank you for your speedy service. I've been very happy with my Dell to date. If I continue to have this type of experience, I will purchase another Dell when it comes time to replace this laptop.
