I have had a Dell Studio laptop for 17 months. In that time period, I have had to have a new keyboard, two reformats and OS installs and a hard drive replacement. Now, it will not boot up and Dell support (who can barely speak English at all) tells me I have a "software problem" that is not covered under the warranty and that it will cost me $200 to get the computer fixed AGAIN. I can't even get into it to reformat or install the OS installation disk. I am FURIOUS.
Send me a new, DEPENDABLE computer that doesn't break down every couple of months......oh yeah, DELL doesn't MAKE a computer like that do they? I wonder if they would buy me an HP?
