Dell Computer, new computer loaded with pop ups

I just had to return a Dell laptop computer to Best Buy in Boynton Beach, Florida. It was purchased for me as a gift. There was so many pop-ups upon trying to use this computer, that it was impossible for me to use. Best Buy wanted to charge me $65.00 to clean up a brand new computer. I should not have to pay a start up fee when purchasing a new computer. Best Buy claimed that it was a problem that you, Dell, installed on your products, not their problem. This being a $600.00 item, I felt a start up fee to remove your ads was totally unjustified. I returned the computer for a refund.

Stop loading your new computers with ads that have to be removed. Computers are expensive enough without getting stuck paying to clean up a new purchase. I am a novice and do not know how to accomplish this on my own.
