I wrote about a compliant I had with Delta in the Month of May. It is October and still no word on what this company would do to try and fix the problem. I have included the orginial email and the response that was requested by a Delta representative. I have mailed, faxed, and called to give the information that was requested still no luck.

When I had to cancel a reservation in Jan 2008 for a flight to be taken in Sept 2008, I was told that I had a credit and I had one year to use it before it expired.
