Had to cancel a flight due to work, was told a $200 cancel fee on a $200 ticket. I was then told they could waive the fee, but I asked why couldn't be refunded completely. I was put on hold and transferred then told the fee couldnt be waived. When I said the first person said it was waived, I was told they didn't have authorization. BUT then this person waived the fee to $100. So which is it?!?!...

I had a flight delayed that required me to stay overnight and take a flight the next day. I have been trying to get a receipt for the flight I took so I can get travelers insurance claim filed.
