Tuesday October 13, 2009 my wife and I traveled from Austin, Texas to Orlando, Florida through Atlanta, Georgia on Flights 1458 and 1309. We returned on the 19th on Flights 1304 and 1697.

In Sept. I changed a reservation for my daughter and her family (2 adults and 2 children) as they had to cut their trip short to Amman, Jordan due to illness.
Even though my son-in-law provided Delta with a doctor's note about his illness, they still charged my Visa card for $875 for the reservation change.

I wrote about a compliant I had with Delta in the Month of May. It is October and still no word on what this company would do to try and fix the problem. I have included the orginial email and the response that was requested by a Delta representative. I have mailed, faxed, and called to give the information that was requested still no luck.

I have tried to resolve my question/problem numerous times with Delta directly and have been unsuccessful. The phone operaters have flat out refused to help me and the online e-mail responses have only partially answered my questions. I received a response from Delta (Kana@delta-air.com) after generating a letter from planetfeedback. You asked for more information. I wrote out the details and replied to the email. 4 TIMES! It keeps coming back as undeliverable.
