Today has to be one of the worst days of my life, not because I feel I am unlucky or anything, but I feel cheated, mistreated, and exploited.
I had a flight reservation with Delta going from Roanoke,VA to Alexandria, LA and back. However, a graduate school interview came by and it conflicted with one of the legs of the flight on Feb 16.

My wife and I arrived in Madrid, Spain the 9th of November and it is the 13th of November. We have called Delta airlines mutiple times and they cannot locate her bag. She has a eye condition for which we need her medication. We will be here for another day and we probably wont be able to get her bag before the end of the trip. We are furious with this airline and the handling of this situation....

I purchased a ticket 2 weeks ago and today it was cheaper. In the past and with other airlines, I could call and get the difference (in this case $36)as a credit toward my next flight purchase with that airline.
