On July 2, 2014, my son Zachary and I were booked on Delta 1079 from Atlanta to Manchester, NH. The flight was scheduled for a 7:35pm departure. We boarded slightly behind schedule and soon after boarding were notified that there was a mechanical issue and that aircraft would not be viable to fly us to Manchester.

On June 25 this year my wife were flying home (Delta #2292) from a fabulous vacation from Phoenix. We had chosen to fly first class and paid a hefty sum for the privilege. The plane we flew on was not even equipped with music or movies for the whole cabin much less the new personal entertainment that we had on our flight out to California.
