I had purchased 3 Flush IQ toilets from Home Depot about a year ago and over the past month all 3 sensors are in error and will not refill/flush. I called into the Delta customer service toll free # and spoke to 'Brandy'. Not only was she extremely kind and courteous she also shipped the replacement parts immediately. My phone interaction with their representative should be an example for all companies. Customer for life!
