DHL criminals

Write a Letter to this Company
DHL operates in foreign countries, and refuses to be held responsible for the illegal actions of their employees in the foreign countries they operate in. I sent a package to india using DHL and I paid 80 dollars to ensure the deliverly of this package, well it was busted open on the other end by DHL employees, and they proceeded to steal from the package and claim that the contents inside were worth more than I specified. This was of course a lie, and they wanted 60 dollars from my friend who went to retrieve it. When I contacted DHL customer service, they acted like it was customs who must of done it, but according to my friend, it was not stuck in customs, it was stuck at the DHL office being held for ransom. I had to shout down rude customer service employees who kept putting me on hold and passing me off to the next person. To make a long story short, I had to pay to get the package out of their grubby hands, and they got to steal contents from my package. (these were not illegal contents in case anyone is wondering).
Do not operate in countries where you claim you can not help your customers if something happens to their package. You also need to make sure you arent hiring criminals in your overseas offices, who could care less about delivering the package.

You have no idea how to write a letter without insulting someone, do you? You must have lots of friends...oh, wait, they all live in other countries - I can tell why! They want to get away from someone as crazy as you.
Wow, you had to "shout down rude customer service employees"...tough broad over the phone, aren't you? What are you like in person? No, wait, I already know the answer to that one - a total bitch.
When you send a package, customs gets it NO MATTER WHAT. Even though DHL was holding it - at some point in time - IT HAD TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMS and they very well could have been the ones that busted it open.
Oh, and the proper way to say the last line is "couldn't care less" not "could care less" because that implies that they actually care on some level.

That's customs, Einstein and it happens in multiple countries. They have the right to search packages that enter their country and as long as you don't lie about the value of the package to pay less on YOUR end, there are no issues.
