Directv charging for HD Access. When I signed up for Directv I was told that I would not be charged for HD Access. I signed up for the discounted service for 12 months. I got my first bill and it was double. I called and was informed that I had to ask for the rebate before installation. Because it was after installation it would take 6-8 weeks. So my payment will be double for the first two months. I think this is a scam and should be corrected.
Reduce my payment for the first 12 months like they...

We were watching TV when the screen went blank, and the DirecTV receiver power button would blink intermittently. I did the usual stuff (try to power down, disconnect receiver from wall for a few minutes, hit reset before and after powering down, removed access card, etc....nothing worked) Called their "help" desk. It wasn't broke! So why did you have to go and "FIX" it.
Instead of black lettering against a while background, you decide to change the program guide to display white lettering against a black background. What sense does this make?
The black backround causes the pupils of the eyes to "constrict" in order to read the white lettering.
Why can't you just leave well...
