In April I called Directv customer service and told them I was having financial issues. After talking with the representative,they agreed to give me a $30 discount on my monthly until Oct.7th,2013. Took a look at my 02/13/13 billing statement sometime in late February/early March to see what exactly I was being charged for. Noticed on that billing statement that I was being charged for an additional tv. I was charged for 4 tvs when I only had 3 tvs active. I am not going to go over the entire complaint since I have already mailed you my damage claim with photos, repair bids and specifics as to how it took place. I'm tired of doing this over the 4 phone calls and the mailing which someone signed for as H. Hurd.

I made a complaint about billing for my second year. I agreee only to payment for what I was billed for the first year.
Start billing me for the first year price. Otherwise, I will cancel your service immediately. A complaint is also on file with the BBB and I have ont heard from you. Please responde and call me.
