On 11/16/2009, I called Verizon to have my service transferred from my current residence to my new home. I spoke with a Verizon rep by the name of Nicole, who was wonderful to me! I wanted to order the $99.00 bundle deal which was : Internet, phone service, and DTV.

I called Direc TV because I was recommended by a nother customer. I was asked what programming I wanted, It was recommended that I choose the Choice Xtra programming because I would receive a HD DVR and was asked if I had a HD tv I responeded with one television was HD. DirecTV starting sending Spam to my Satellite receivers a few months back. When I called and asked for them to turn those notices OFF; they filed a Trouble-Ticket, but they didn't do anything. I ordered Directv on the 6th of October. I immediately realized that I had ordered one too many DVR's, so I call right back and changed my order.
