Direct Tv took it upon themselves to take money from my bank account for an account belonging to my parents. Now I'm a disable young woman and things have been BAD since this has happened. This has been going on for almost 3MONTHS! I've been to the BBB they have done NOTHING. Here it is today I recieve a letter stating they can't do anything that I need to seek a refund from my Parents! What is this! So its ok for you to take money from a person you NEVER may I add had Direct TV. I find a problem with this!

I WANT MY MONEY! THIS IS NOT FAIR TO ME! JUST BECAUSE I LEAVE AT THE SAME ADDRESS YOU TAKE FROM ME WHAT TYPE OF RIGHT IS THAT!

the quickest way to put a stop to this is to contact your bank and let
them know that the charges are unauthorized. If need be, have them
change your account number.

They can't take money that you haven't given them access to.

Yep. You parents somehow got your bank account information on their
account, with or without your knowledge. It sounds like the advice
they gave you is sound, unless they divined your account information
out of thin air. That seems like an extraordinary coincidence.

I'm wondering how they got access to your bank account? Are your
parents on it?
