Called the customer service number to pay the past due amount. spke to tanesha. I advised her that i couldnt pay the full amount due after she told me the total due was 327.59. I asked if I could pay the past due. she stated no it would be the full amount to get services turned back on. have previously paid the past due plus what I have used to that day, in the past. Was given misinformation. I advised tanesha that it would overdraft my account if I paid the whole amount. she didnt seem to care or to take the initiative to let me know that she could do the past due and what I had used. asked to spke to a supervisor after I paid the amount that i was advised that i could pay. was placed on hold for 5 minutes give or take and then transferred to porsha. porsha, was not very helpful advised me that i would have had to keep on it in order to pay only the past due stated that her "rep" did what she was supposed to do. stated that she didnt have the number to corporate and that if i found it to give it to her. i advised her that there was a website that i could go to and put in a complaint. I advised her that as a long time customer this is the crappist customer i have ever dealt with. neither supervisor or tanesha were very helpful. I advised her that my daughter is a customer service rep and will see if there was anything else that could be done for a customer instead of something like this in the future happening. I also advised her that I couldnt pay the full amount becuz My Sister was in the hospital and I had to use some of that money to get to where my sister was.Neither seemed to care about what was happening. The billing system with Directv is the worst I have ever seen or dealt with. I know in the past my services have been interrupted, however it was paid and it would have been.

I feel as a Long time customer of your company, If I do incur overdraft fee that it should be paid by your company. if you are unwilling to do that then I would either like a credit to my account for 50.00 or you can give me 1 month of service.
