In September, I signed up for Amazon Prime. I was billed $79 through Discover Card after the 30 day free trial.
When I saw the $79 charge on my Discover, I looked on Amazon and couldn't find a $79 purchase (I had forgotten that it was for Prime.)
I started a billing dispute. When I realized it was the "Prime" charge, I cancelled the billing dispute.

I had an online chat with a Discover Associate named Chris where I explained to Chris I was interested obtaining a Discover Card to rebuild my credit. I explained I was 5.5 years post bankruptcy and I wanted to know if Discover was BK friendly? What CRA does Discover pull for my region zip code 10992 because some cra's report diffrently. On Dec 10, 2010 I wrote to you requesting that I be removed from your credit card mailing list. I also have called your company on several occasions requesting I be removed. The result of this is that I am still receiving credit card offers and have to continue to shred the applications.
I was a Discover card member but was disappointed in your offers which turned out to have so many loopholes...

i recently applied for the Diacover More card and got the 5-7 day message. I decided to call up to see if they just needed to verify some information. I was told that I was denied and would not be accepted for the card without a cosigner.
I was a stay at home mom for 11 years and just went back to work on 4/1/2011. My credit score has improved about 100 points since then as I have gotten 4...

My credit limit was reduced from $5000 to $500 or near to the amount that I have my current balance in over a year.
I was planning to use a balance transfer check Discover sent to me a few days back to pay off my other credit card with higher interest rate. That is, after I pay off the current balance to ensure that the credit limit covers the balance transfer fee with no maximum.
