I have been a Card holder since 1987 and I was charged a late Fee. This is what happen for years I have received mailed statements and a few months ago I signed up for paperless and I would receive a E-Mail notification to go to their web site to receive my statement and I guess I missed the E-Mail so Today I called to ask for forgiveness for the late Fee because I cannot recall in all the years...

In February, I set up automatic payments on my Discover card. Recently, I discovered that the automated system has been withdrawing from my checking account and paying my credit card bill AFTER the due date. The system has then proceeded to charge me late fees for its late payments, and more than double my APR.
I tried numerous times to call to resolve this, only to be forwarded to closed...

I received a promotion from Discover which said that if I bought a Dell computer through their online ShopDiscover gateway I would receive 5% cashback.
The computer I wanted was a Dell Vostro. When I clicked on the ShopDiscover link to Dell on the Discover card website, I was unable to get to the section of the Dell website where the Vostro computers are located (small business). I had to...
