Inaccurate billing, this is not my account. Dish has refused to confirm

Dish Net work has placed an claim on my credit report thta is not mine. They also placed it thru a collection agency and that was twice reporting, which is illegal. I have requested that Dish validate and verify this account with a contract and a copy of my signature, they refuse. They want me to send them a copy of my drivers license, my SS# and a copy of my signature. I am not furnishing a copy of my signature where they can use it to add to their contract. I have been disputing this for months and they refuse to furnish me with this information. they are violating the FCRA act and have passed the time to confirm that this is mine.

Remove this from my credit report as they have also violated the FCBA act as well, even tho I disputed this and they refused to verify, they turned this over to the collection agency. Many FCRA violations. Next step is lawsuit.

It looks like you're having a lot of problems with various companies
reporting false information on your credit report. Is there any
possibility that someone might have stolen your identity?
I'm with you on not wanting to release your information to them. Good
luck, keep us posted on what you find out.
