AMC dropped from the Dish Network lineup

Approximately 2 months ago we switched to Dish Network from another satelite provider after making sure that the package we selected would offer AMC. We just learned that AMC has been dropped from the lineup yet we're being offered no compensation besides some HD services that we don't want and aren't interested in. Our autistic son loves The Walking Dead on AMC. It's a series he's even got me watching with him and anticipating each new episode.

I'd like Dish Network to reconsider including the AMC channel - even if there's a slight increase in costs. If not however, I believe we should either be allowed out of our contract so we can go to a provider who DOES provide the channels we watch (especially since we've only been with Dish Network for a couple months AND had specifically verified that AMC was in the package we were getting before we made the switch - or offered a discount on the cost of our monthly bill.

We're not interested in HBO, Showtime, and the other extra pay channels so please don't bother insulting us by trying to offer more free months of those.

Cable networks and sat providers are always dropping and adding
channels. They never tell you til it happens. It stinks but thats
life.

You can watch the walking dead online, or if you own a roku you can
stream it to your TV.

I got sick of what they were charging and what they offered so I
dumped my cable, bought a roku and now I spend about $18 a month and
watch everything I used to watch (only a day later) everything except
my MLB network which I watch live.
