I have been a loyal Dish cutomer for the last 6-7 months, and wanted to stay one for a long time, but their Service department looks like they wont let me do so! I moved to New Jersey from Atlanta recently and they had promised me a move and install date of 07/27. When I rung them upa day ahead to confirm, they said that I needed to wait 15 more days-as Super dish wasnt available!! What sort of a company is this that does not make such arrangements in advance??? I am looking to cancel with immedeate effect and have my entire community of friends to stay away from the Dish!
I would like Dish to keep their promise of Dish Install as per the agreed date.
I would look to stay a loyal customer and spread the word around that they DO care for their customers!!

Good luck trying to get any response from Dish Network. I had their service for approximately 2 years and had nothing but LOUSY service. I canceled with them and have spread the word to stay away from their company. You will get nothing but the runaround from them!

We have had Dish service since we started living in 2 states, one place in summer, somewhere else the rest of the year. We take our receivers with us when we move, twice a year. When we get to the new place we try to get Dish to give us the local channels of our current state of residence and what a hassle this has been! It should be a simple process for them but we have to jump through hoops to accomplish this, many phone calls and much gnashing of teeth and a few curses too. We have felt this was cheaper than having 2 cable systems, both of which we would pay all year long, but we may have to give up on Dish if this twice a year problem continues. I wonder if DirectTV is any better??

Dish network , one of the worst satellite company out there ! I would never do business with them. I am waiting for the installation for more than 3 weeks , just simple setup and they have not shown up !
where are the class action lawyers when you need them

I think Super Dish might have something to do with high-definition TV. I know it is not available everywhere. If you want HDTV, then it is worth the wait; the picture is great.

I had dish TV installed four years ago...for some reason I don't know, I had to wait for the service to be available and had three dates given.... but i stuck with them and for the most part haven't had any major problems. Once I needed an aditional box and line added and the person they sent was really great. He even climbed up on the roof and made sure my dish was properly positioned, tested it before he left, and I wasn't billed for the extra service.
Is this Dish TV or some other company, I'm not familiar with "Super dish"...is it some new technology? Just wondering.
