Horrible Company and Horrible Service

I just cannot tell you what my opinion is of Dish Network. Their installers came to my house stoned, rushed out the door to go fishing and then tried to charge me $400 for breach of contract.
After hours on the phone with Dish network to clear it up (and I did nothing wrong), they cleared it up.
Then the fees came. $5 for not having a phone line. Who the hell uses a standard phone line anymore! $5 to speak to a customer service rep. Upgrade plans? $5 fee.
This company is so bad I would never consider using them anymore. I am going to tell every single person I know how bad Dish Network is in hopes of taking as much business away from them as I possibly can. I killed a deal at my job worth $20k and we went with Direct TV and I cannot tell you how liberating it was.
Nothing. There is nothing you can do to convince me your company is worth $10 after the hell you have put me through.
I will speak ill of your company and hope to one day see it go out of business. I will have a big party when this day comes. You have treated me so bad I cannot stand the name Dish Network anymore.
Today I take down the dish from my house and celebrate.

I'd been considering getting satellite for awhile now, but they sound like a truly awful company and one to stay away from. Stoned employees showing up at your house? $5 for not having a phone line?! That sounds truly terrible!

You don't have them anymore - you're threatening to bad mouth them to everyone and you've (presumably) kept them from getting a contract at your company. I think you've spewed enough venom over this; now let it go.
If you aren't serious about improving customer relations, don't waste the bandwidth on a tantrum like this.

There is no fee for talking to reps. There is no fee for UPgrading. There IS a $5 fee for DOWNgrading or making any changes which result in a lower monthly bill. So if you upgrade by adding Showtime, but take off HBO and Playboy in the same call, you're charged $5.
Yes, there is a $5 fee for not having a dual tuner receiver permanently connected to a landline. You may not like this, but trust me, its cheaper than the rise in cost that would come if we had to track down and deal with every customer that uses these dual tuners to run 2 households for the price of one. And believe me, there are THOUSANDS. Just one more instance of a few bad apples spoiling it for everyone. If you dont want to pay the fine, connect a phone line or choose to have 2 single tuner receivers vs 1 dual tuner.
Btw, hun, Dish is in works to BUY DirectTV. They could (and would) about 20 times over. THey're working on the legal issues (monopolies and whatnot) but as soon as they can, they will. Direct is dying out. Did you know they RENT their satalittes from Dish? So, dont worry, you're still using Dish in the long run! :P

First... unless they told you they were stoned, that is a VERY serious allegation to make.
Second, I have a standard phone line. Everyone I know has a standard phone line in addition to their cell phones. How old are you?
Third, I have had Dish for 3 years and NEVER had a problem. Perhaps it's the way you speak to them that is the problem?
