Folks be careful when applying for TV hook up with Dish Network. They are very clever to try and get you committed to a 2 yr commitment without giving one the true information. They agreed verbally with me then changed the agreement in an e-mail they sent to me not once but twice. I tried 4 times to get this straightened out but could not do so. I have never had an account with Dish network but have been harassed by their billing department for many months about an account that hasn't been paid.
I am not pleased with them needless to say. I have an EXCELLENT credit rating. How they got my phone number, I don't know.

I had an issue with my Dish Network service and needed to speak to a technician. My issue was that the service we have has not been good for several weeks now. Initially the issues started at the end of the summer when there were several storms and our reception was spotty. I assumed it had to do with the storms and did not place any service calls. We have now gone weeks with out any storms...

Dish has been charging me $7.00 a month for a second receiver. We have NEVER had 2 receivers connected in the lifetime of my account with Dish. A Dish technician came out to our home and disconnected the older style black receiver and connected the newer style gray receiver. I do not recall for sure when this change out took place, but I am almost certain that it was at least over 2 years ago....
