Recently we had satellite internet service installed (via wild Blue). We understood the one time charge and the installation charge.

We recently signed up for high speed internet thru WildBlue but with Dish Network.Our bill was to be a one time fee of $99.00,then $49.95 a month. Our first bill reflects none of that, and all I get from a rep is plain old jibberish. We also have our sattelite TV thru dish and had upgraded for more channels.Can't understand the bill nor a thing they said. You do the math: $ 99.00,$ 49.95 &$52.99....

Almost a year ago I canceled service with Dish and changed to DirecTV. I was told that within days I would receive labels to return my dish and converter boxes and remotes. They are still gathering dust in my garage. Now, I am getting weekly telemarketing calls asking if I want to return to Dish.
